Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Contact sales@vancompass.com before sending parts back 

The return must be received by Van Compass within 30 days of purchase. 
The returned item must be uninstalled and in new condition. 
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee per package.
All returns require customer to pay shipping charges back to Van Compass
CANCELED ORDERS
All canceled orders that did not ship will be changed a non refundable 3% credit card processing fee. We get charged this fee when your orders is placed, if you change your mind we pass this charge onto you. We do not get a refund when we credit your account back. 

REFUNDS
After receiving the returned item, Van Compass will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee. Van Compass will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Van Compass. Van Compass will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
