FRONT RECEIVER HITCH - 2014-UP RAM PROMASTER by VAN COMPASS

Easy install, perfect fit and looks great. Vairy fair price, but for that amount of money instructions should have been included, shipping was a little $$$, but in the end it was worth it.

I looked for two years for such a bumper and finally decided to fabricate one. Then I stumbled onto this one. So happy I found it! Was easy to install and the instructions are very good. I think a a screw count may have been different on my 2021 RAM but that was the only flaw in the instructions. I wanted a front hitch to carry a small Honda generator. This worked out great. I got the generator carrier and skinny gas can from other vendors. When traveling the generator will be covered and the gas can strapped in.

I am very happy with this product. It bolt right on and is a perfect replacement for the factory. I love the additional functionality I will have with the front hitch. I installed this myself and it took some time but is totally doable if you have any level of mechanical capability :). Well done!

Heavy gauge, well engineered, great welds. Only things that would be nice, would be to incorporate the tow hook threaded insert that's on the OEM bumper. Kind of a bummer to lose that. And color instructions. I know you can download a pdf to your phone but for the extra $1 on an $800 product it would be nice to have a colored paper version vs waking up the phone repeatedly.

Bought this in 2020 and have used it to carry my spare tire. I do have a spare tire cover on. There has been no issues with it making my Promaster RV running hotter than normal. I did not do the install. I took the instructions to my corner garage while I was having other work done and they put it on. They said it was very simple. I am totally pleased with this. I am writing this review today B/C a neighbor wants to install one also so I was looking up the info for him and saw that there weren't many reviews.
