As a vehicle approaches its GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating), the rear suspension will naturally begin to sag and ride quality will begin to suffer. The Sprinter van is no different. Our 3-leaf Sprinter 4x4 mini leaf spring pack installs under the factory leaf springs and can increase ride height from 1" to 1.5" (25mm to 33mm) depending on the vehicle's weight distribution. The increase in spring rate gained by this leaf pack along with the additional clearance between the bumpstop and axle will reduce the chances of bottoming out enhance vehicle stability, ride comfort and restore the factory look of the van. This product is designed to improve ride and handling while at or near GVWR, however we do not recommend exceeding the manufacturer's GVWR.

*Compatible on 4wd vans that have a factory 2-leaf spring pack. Not compatible with the factory 'mono leaf' or the 3500 spring pack with a third 'overload' spring.

3 leaf rear spring setup installed. Great design, fit and material quality. Van feels more stable, ride firm, but not harsh. Side to side rocking eliminated.

Great kit!

Installed easily and works just like described. My 2022 Sprinter 4x4 was sagging a little in the rear end even though my rear axle weight is about 3,800 pounds. This eliminated the sag and raised the rear end a little more than 1” . Very happy with this product and quality of materials!

I’ve installed 10 + complete suspension kits on vans over the last few years,the latest was a new Awd sprinter with the rear mini spring pack and Rallye struts,rides amazing after adding lots of weight due to the buildout!
